With a view to enable students to develop the leadership skills,
team sprit and learn to manage the various activities, each student
becomes part of a committee and works under the supervision of
the committee coordinator under the guidance of committee advisor
it is compulsory for each student to participate in minimum one
committee.
The students initiate the following clubs with
the help of faculty in-charge of the subjects. These include Marketing
Club, Economic Times Club, Finance Club and HR Club. The students
also organize cultural programs through out the year, some of
them being National Solidarity Day, GO/UMBA - an interaction between
juniors and seniors.
It acts as a bridge between the budding managers
and the practicing managers from the Institute. The committee
organizes meet and get-together to develop the business acumen
of the students and give them insight into the actual working
of organizations. It also coordinates with the placement committee
to help students get relevant summer training and appropriate
jobs.
The M.H.R.M. students are active members of
NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF PERSONAL MANAGEMENT and INDIAN SOCIETY OF
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT. They regularly attend the monthly
meetings. WORLD HRD CONGRESS AND INDIA HRD CONGRESS
Under the leadership of course director Dr. D.S. Chundawat the
students are actively representing M.H.R.M. at the international
platform of HRD Congress at Mumbai. The students who participated
are - Puneet Adaniya, Nandakishore Subba, Shikhar Sood, Praveen
Goyal & Neetu Choudhary.
A healthy mind is essential for countering the stress and strain
that the students encounter during their managerial tenure. Yoga
is practiced every day under the expert guidance of yoga instructors.
The Department in pursuance to the policy of
providing students with a practical exposure about the Human Resource
Department functioning in renowned industries organizes local
as well out state industrial tours.

Plays : Management Quiz is the regular feature of our institute.
The quiz helps the students in
updating the knowledge of the corporate world. Apart from intra-institute

The institute recognizes the importance of oral
communication in the life of a manager. Thus special emphasis is
laid on enhancing this skill in the future manager. The presentation
is supported by visual aids to convey ideas and plans in an organized
