For the very first time the ice was broken by M. L. Sukhadia University, Udaipur as a super specialisation course in the fast upcoming field of Human Resource Management by introducing a Post Graduate degree MHRM in Oct. 1998.

Under the directorship of Prof. D. S. Chundawat the course is tailor-made-to encompass both the national and global perspectives in the field of manpower management. The two year program has been carefully designed with the help of trained experts to provide relevant knowledge, skills and attitudinal components in each subject. The training methodology comprises of lectures, case discussions, presentations, roleplays, simulation exercises, business games, seminars, field work, computer aided instructions and industrial visits.
